Measurement of main health parameters
The device measures body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygenation and blood glucose levels.
Connectivity
The device can also transmit data via Bluetooth from up to 500 external smart devices and wearables.
Record of wounds
SCase® Vital can record high quality photographs of wounds and pressure sores and track their progress over time.
QR Reader
It is possible to read and transmit 1D/2D codes of used medical devices or e.g. to identify a hospitalized patient.
Notification
Thanks to calendar integration, the user can be alerted when they need to take their own measurements or medication.

How long will the battery last?
Up to 2 days of normal use thanks to the combination of the main battery (6,000 mAh) and the secondary battery in the integrated phone (2,900 mAh).
Is the equipment certified?
Yes, the facility is certified MDR IIb (the second highest medical class).
Is the equipment covered by insurance?
Not at the moment, but we are actively working on inclusion in reimbursement systems.
What consumables are needed?
Glucose meter test strips, disposable blood pressure cuff and possibly lancets for blood collection.
Can I connect an external device?
Yes, we support over 500 devices from various manufacturers (Omron, Contec, Garmin, etc.). Most devices with Bluetooth connectivity can be easily connected.
Who provides customer support?
Our professional staff is available around the clock on a dedicated phone line and email.
Is integration with health systems possible?
Yes, we can interface with common clinical information systems. Even without this connection, your data is safely stored on secure servers and always remains your property.
Is the device complicated to operate?
The control of the device is very simple and designed to be suitable for everyone. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support.
How long is the warranty period for the equipment?
The warranty is provided for the product according to the legislation in force from the date of purchase and lasts 2 years for natural persons and 1 year for legal entities.
Is there any maintenance required on the equipment?
From the user’s point of view, there is no need for maintenance. Once every 12 months, a safety and technical inspection of the equipment is required, which is carried out by S-Case s.r.o. as the manufacturer or an authorised service partner.
